Schedule an Appointment

If you want to schedule a session at a different time than indicated online, call 801-518-2574 and schedule your appointment directly. Sessions scheduled online are set for 4 hours, however, if you anticipate your session will take longer, just indicate such in the notes when you schedule. If neither party is represented by an attorney, I typically anticipate one or more two-hour sessions (although you can still use the same 4-hour meeting noted below).

You may mediate via Zoom or in person. If by Zoom, the mediator will send out a Zoom link about a week prior to the scheduled date. Ms. Clark has a mediation office located at 1866 S. Main Street in Salt Lake City for in-person sessions. Ms. Clark is also happy to schedule at another attorney’s office if desired. No additional charge for travel between Provo and Ogden.
