Carolynn Clark provides Utah court-qualified training to new mediators. Ms. Clark has been training mediators for more than 15 years and provides both the court-required 40-hour basic mediation training and the 32-hour divorce mediation training for the Utah Court’s Basic and Divorce Mediation Rosters. You may also contact Ms. Clark to provide general conflict resolution training for your workplace or organization. Trainings can be tailored to your organization’s needs. UTAH COURT QUALIFIED DOMESTIC (DIVORCE) MEDIATION TRAINING: February 17, 2026 – February 27, 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN BASIC MEDIATION TRAINING PRIOR TO TAKING THIS COURSE. This training is scheduled between February 17th – 27th, 2026 on 4 evenings (by Zoom) and 2 Fridays (in-person). In-person sessions are held at 1866 S. Main Street in Salt Lake City. You must attend ALL scheduled sessions IN FULL to receive court credit.

Dates:

Session 1: Tuesday, February 17 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ZOOM
Session 2: Wednesday, February 18 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ZOOM
Session 3: Friday, February 20 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. IN PERSON
Session 4: Tuesday, February 24 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ZOOM
Session 5: Wednesday, February 25 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ZOOM
Session 6: Friday, February 27 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. IN PERSON Session

Lunch provided on two Friday in-person sessions. Breakfast and snacks provided for all in person sessions.

No other training in Utah currently offers both online and in-person mediation training. In my experience, mediation training is more effective (and more fun!) with both. This training is scheduled between April 21st and May 2nd, 2026 on 4 evenings and one half Saturday (by Zoom) and 2 Fridays and one half Saturday (in-person). In-person sessions are held at 1866 S. Main Street in Salt Lake City. You must attend ALL scheduled sessions IN FULL to receive court credit.

Dates:

– Session 1: Tuesday, April 21 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
– Session 2: Wednesday, April 22 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
– Session 3: Friday, April 24 in person from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM
– Session 4: Saturday, April 25 from 8:15 AM to 1:15 PM. First Saturday session will be on Zoom.
– Session 5: Tuesday, April 28 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
– Session 6: Wednesday, April 29 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
– Session 7: Friday, May 1 from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM in person

This is the only basic mediation training in Utah that offers both online and in person sessions. In my experience the in-person element is both more effective (and more fun!). This training is scheduled between September 15th and September 26th, 2026 on 4 evenings and one half Saturday by Zoom, and 2 full Fridays and one half Saturday in person. In person sessions are held at 1866 S. Main Street in Salt Lake City. You must attend ALL scheduled sessions IN FULL to receive court credit.

Session 1: Tuesday, Sept 15 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
Session 2: Wednesday, Sept 16 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
Session 3: Friday, Sept 18 IN PERSON from 8:15 AM until 4:45 PM
Session 4: Saturday, Sept 19 from 8:15 AM to 1:15 PM. This first Saturday session will be on Zoom.
Session 5: Tuesday, Sept 22 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
Session 6: Wednesday, Sept 23 on Zoom from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM
Session 7: Friday, Sept 25 IN PERSON 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM
Session 8: Saturday, Sept 26 final session will be IN PERSON from 8:15 AM to 1:15 PM
